AntiChrist Man Revealed
patriots who have stood on the front lines counter protesting MoveOn
over the past months.... The "Anti-Christ" man has finally been
revealed!
If you sat those protests out (shame!), here's how the AC man earned
his nickname at the Nov 13th MoveOn counter protest at Honda's Office
: (view video) full blog here).
We then bumped into him again when we counter protested MoveOn at Stevens Cr and Winchester on Dec 10 (blog).
Finally, here he is at Honda's office on Jan 27th when MoveOn was out
trying to perform CPR on the flatlined Obamacare after Scott Brown's
smack down in Mass.
(view video)
No ranting this time....no AC man, just "Michael". He gives an
anecdotal negative hospital experience that is apparently justification
enough to completely destroy our healthcare system and replace it with
a government bureaucracy that will now result in long waits, rationing
and still not lower costs.

Welcome Back Carter! Obama's Misery Ties Jimmy's
Well, the December unemployment numbers are out. No good news in sight...exactly 10% for the second month in a row (and 3 months straight in double digits). Also, still well above the 8% ceiling Obama promised a year ago when the "Corruption and Payoff" bill (aka "Stimulus") was passed. Of course the "real" unemployment rate is somewhere around 20%, but let's not get into that right now.
The big news is that Obama is now tied with Carter on the "Misery Index" at 12.8%. See graph below.
I've blogged on this before, but for newcomers, the Misery Index is simply the Unemployment rate added to the Inflation rate. This index was made famous during Jimmy Carter's campaign for the 1976 presidency. He used it against Ford to emphasize the bad economy. However, this same index came back to haunt Carter four years later when skyrocketing inflation pushed the misery index to new heights and enabled Reagan to use that famous phrase: "Are you better of now than you were four years ago". And the rest is history.
So, today we commemorate another WorseThanCarter.com milestone: Obama's misery is tied with Carter's! It will be interesting to see what happens next month. There is a good chance that Obama will be able to take the lead in this infamous index. Stay tuned...

USA Today Poll has Obama below 50%...again.
The USA Today presidential tracker poll taken around Dec 13th shows Obama's approval down 1 point to 49%. Not a significant change from the previous 50% number, but this marks the 2nd time this poll has shown Obama below 50%.
I'm not going to updated my chart in the poll section just yet. Let's let's see how the next numbers look. With Obama's horrible handling of the Christmas underwear bomber and the Senate's hubris in passing Obamacare on Christmas Eve, I'm skeptical we'll see improvement.

Obama Misery Update for November
Time for another "misery index" update....Recall the misery index was a term coined by Jimmy Carter during his campaign for the 76 presidential elections. It is simply the inflation rate added to the unemployment rate. This same index later turned out to be Carter's downfall as the combination of high unemployment and skyrocketing inflation burned out of control while he poured on more gasoline during his watch.
Depending on how you extrapolate, Obama's Misery Index could surpass Carter's incompetent handiwork anywhere between next February thru December. Expect some relief in unemployment as the government hires 700,000 census workers this spring, but that may not be enough to have a significant impact. Obama needs to pray for a miracle here, but just hearing that he has actually prayed will be a miracle in itself.

Obama's Approval Rating Tanks...New Low!
Wow! Obama's approval index has tanked to a new low.... -19 yesterday, -18 today. Stunning! Prevously a new low of -15 was achieved on November 24 (see blog here).
Only 24% of American's Strongly Approve of Obama's performance. Conversely, 42% of American has come to their senses and now Strongly Disapprove.
This has been attributed to the the horrendous health care bill in the Senate than presently has only 41% support from Americans...a new low.

At 306 Days -- Obama Still Polling Worse than Carter
The USA Today presidential tracking poll data has been updated a few times since I last blogged about it in late October. Back around Oct 4th, Obama's approval had slipped to a new low of 49%. Three new polls and about a 6 weeks later he is still doing little better, polling at a consistent 50%. Meanwhile Jimmy Carter at the same time during his presidency was in the 55-56% range. One interesting note is Obama lost an opportunity to finally rise above the Marxist peanut farmer back on Oct 31st. Carter had a dip to 51% and Obama was only 1 point behind at 50%. Darn! Unless Obama can improve his polls (which I doubt), his next opportunity to disprove his well earned "Worse than Carter" moniker will be at the the end of January...that is when Carter's polls finally broke below the 50% level on its way to 39% in early August. It will be interesting to watch the next six weeks.

MooooveOn at it Again in San Jose
On Tuesday, Dec 8th MoveOn.org held another of their "healthcare vigils" in San Jose. They chose the usual field of battle at the corner of Stevens Creek and Winchester. Of course, the patriots of the Silicon Valley area were there in stiff opposition. Strong elements of the Santa Clara We Surround Them engaged with additional support from other bay area conservative groups.
We patriots assembled a little after 5pm on the southeast corner. The Moo crowd was already appx 20 persons strong on the northeast corner before we arrived. Our numbers quickly swelled to approximately 30 with the Obamatrons peaking at approximately the same.
This time the leftists have obviously learned from our previous protests (here). Instead of there usual preprinted 2'x1' "HealthcareNow" signs, they brought their own 4'x8' healthcare banner. Of course, we still upstaged them. Knowing this engagement would be fought in the dark, we patriots came prepared and equipped. A portable generator was set up at our corner and several flood lights inundated the area. Additionally, our 4'x8' "TEA: Taxed Enough Already" banner was ringed with white Christmas lights making it visible to the passing traffic. Being a tech geek at heart, I ringed my "Climategate / Obamacare Fraud" and "Moveon is Marxist" picket sign with white Christmas lights. With a 12V battery in my backpack and power inverter I was able to "go mobile" and circulate around the street corners drawing attention from passing motorist.
On the other side of the street, the Mooo team was desperate to be seen. Darkness had now descended in full and most were holding their pathetically weak battery candles. There were a couple of flashlights, but their signs and presence was hard to see. Contrasted with our corner there was no comparison who was better seen.
Again, learning from our example, the Mooobots brought a megaphone this time. They managed to spew some occasional chants ..."healthcare now" and such. But whoever was manning the megaphone did not apparently have the stomach for public speaking and was mostly ineffective. In contrast, our side brought out our two 30 watt megaphones and the smack down began!
We patriots utilized our dual megaphones for resounding "kill the bill" chants that could be heard by all those passing. Additionally, we blasted the traffic stopped at the lights with continuous educational seminars: "Fight back Americans. Global Warming is a fraud, just like Obamacare is a fraud. It is not about climate or healthcare. It is about controlling you! Controlling YOUR life, your family. They are taking your Liberty! Defend Liberty! Defend the Constitution!" ...etc....
Not long after our megaphones were in full force, the marxists began to disband. I don't know if their departure was just coincidence, the megaphone effect, or maybe word spread that some free government cheese was being handed out down at the WIC office. But by 6:30, conservatives owned all the corners. The only remnant was our old friend "anti-christ man" bleating out his "liars!" diatribe. He must have been on his meds that night. He was just looney, not the raving lunatic of the last protest. However, I really regret forgetting my camera. With just a little more tweaking, I could have pushed his lunatic mode button for more great YouTube footage. Oh well...Next time.
Overall, a great counter protest! We conservatives, once again, have denied Marxist Mooooveon and their useful idiots ownership of the streets. Unfortunately, we're only matching their numbers about 1:1 at these protests. In order to discourage the left in future rallies we need to confront them with overwhelming numbers. Moreover, this was just one of several "Healthcare Vigils" held in the bay area that night (although this one was the largest). We need to be organized and determined to stand up to these actions wherever they occur. We need to show America that conservatives in the leftist SF bay area will not allow the marxist hordes to operate unopposed. Yes, we may be outnumbered today, but the left's ideology is flawed and morally bankrupt. Our conservative ideas and principles of Liberty and self-determination are just as valid and compelling as they were in the days of our founders. The truth of our message will rise above the din. We just need to keep up the fight on all fronts, especially when it comes to organizing for the 2010 elections. But that's a topic for another blog....
Fight on Patriots!

Obama's New Poll Low
The Rassmussen Presidential Approval Index poll has dipped to a new low of -14. This level has only been seen once before, Aug 23rd, 2009. Recent events possibly influencing are: Ft. Hood terrorist attack and the decision to bring Gitmo terrorists to NY for trial.
Will it go even lower or bounce back? Time will tell...

Report: Today's Protest at Honda's office
We first assembled approximately 30 yard away from the MoveOn mass and then quickly converged directly behind the Obamabots at close quarters. The koolaid crowd attempted to counter by massing their pathetic signage directly in front of ours. At this provocation, we then maneuvered our 4'x8' "TEA Taxed Enough Already" to the font. This was met with resistance as the Marxist sympathizers grabbed the banner posts and one SEIU-ish looking drone actually grabbed the banner attempting to tear/pull it down. There was tension for a moment, but both sides then retreated and more-or-less kept separated.
The MoveOn-er speeches in support of Honda and the public option were met with our bullhorn one liners and "kill the bill" type chants. It was obvious they are very thin skinned as their Alinsky tactics are turned upon themselves. The tea bag insults predictably evolved into usual taunts of "racists!" only to be dismissed with laughter from the patriot crowd. One kooky Obamatron man was absolutely incensed at our presence and ranted almost continuously. Said we were the anti-christ...[I think he should look at his leader in DC before playing the A.C. Card.] See the video here. he'd make a good poster child for the loony left. My partner holding the other banner pole (sorry I didn't catch his name) suffered continuous verbal discussion from one lib lady. I didn't hear the entire conversation, but when I did listen in she was on a "we should trust our government" bent and stated that social security, medicare and the post office work just fine. Incredible! Another lady told me I should be informed and watch "Point of view" on NPR. They had a show on last week on how well other countries government healthcare systems work and at half the US's price. She seemed to be so proud of how well she was "informed". I ask her how come HR3962 has specific provisions the prevents tort reforms which would lower our medical costs. She asked me which news show I heard that information. My response was that I read it in the bill. That shut her down.
Amazingly, the socialists had the audacity to chant "Single Payer! Single Payer!" during the rally. There was no doubt in their minds that the public options was a one way street to single payer, government controlled, socialized medicine. It's funny, those of us on the left and the right are in agreement on exactly where HR3962 will take us. The battle is for those asleep in the middle who either don't care or aren't informed enough to know they should care. We've got to reach "the sleeping masses", one at a time and educate them on the truth.
Overall, the protest was spirited, but peaceful. The rally ended a bit before 1pm. The MoveOners went out to the local street to protest curbside and the conservatives in Honda's district went inside to voice their displeasure to Mr. Honda's staff. After doing my part to save our country, I had to get back to work so I can continue to pay taxes to the same government that continues to ignore me. hmmm....that story sounds familiar...
What have you done to help save your country today?

Protest of HR3962 Passing House in San Jose
Our protest of HR3962 at the corner of Winchester and Stevens Creek made ABC news! See the video here: http://abclocal.go.com/kgo/story?section=news/local&id=7107216

Remember HR3962!!
Tonight, Pelosicare (HR3962) has passed the House. Conservatives were hoping for a miracle, but in the end the Democrat controlled house couldn't be stopped. What's amazing is it took the libs this long to get a bill passed the house. Thank goodness for the tea parties and town hall protests! Otherwise, this would have been a done deal back in July, the Senate would have since passed it, and the president signed into law. Instead, the delays have jammed up their liberal agenda and kept the senate from taking on the "Cap and Trade" bill the house passed earlier this year and kept the house away from another run at amnesty.
With the libs controlling congress and the executive branch, at times it can seem like the odds of defeating this juggernaut are overwhelming. For what it's worth, here's my context that frames my perspective of this battle...
I'm from Texas, and in Texas we understand a little about fighting against impossible odds. In 1836, a band of nearly 200 Texians and Tejanos volunteers defied a Mexican army of thousands for 13 days of siege in a former Spanish mission called the Alamo. On March 6th 1836, the battle ended and all the Alamo defenders were dead, their bodies stacked and burned. Mexican General Santa Ana proudly proclaimed victory. Even though Santa Anna's troops had paid a heavy price at the Alamo, he still outnumbered the remaining Texas volunteer army 6 to 1.
However, the victory was short lived. Elsewhere during the seige, a Texas congress had declared its independence and the Republic of Texas was formed. Moreover, this engagement alerted leader of the Texas army, Sam Houston, and allowed him to retreated his forces for a month to regroup and replenish. When word of the Alamo's fall reach the Texian population, additional volunteers flocked to join Houston's army. Then on April 21st 1836, remembering the defeat at the Alamo, his troops engaged Santa Anna at San Jacinto and won a stunning victory in only 18 minutes. Reports tell of the Texas fighters shouting "Remember the Alamo!" during the battle.
Texas had gone from defeat to independence in a little over 6 weeks. And so it is to this day, the Alamo in San Antonio is considered to be a sacred shrine for the sacrifice of those 200 patriots and the call to "remember the Alamo" inspires and stirs the hearts of Texans.
Folks, we have lost a battle, but the war is far from over. It is ok to be angry, you should be outraged! Use this moment to quicken your principles and steel your resolve. Remember HR3962 and our epic fight the past 4 months to defeat it! Let's use this moment to praise the patriots who stood up on the House floor and opposed tyranny. Let's channel our anger to shame the names of those who have betrayed the constitution and the will of we the people!
The heroes and zeros of this battle can be found here: http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2009/roll887.xml
Reward those who stood tall against HR3962, and more importantly, never forget those traitors who supported HR3962. They shall forever be enshrined in the shame of tyranny and should forever be called out and shunned at every opportunity. Tonight 215 patriots stood up against 220 for tyranny. And tonight tyranny won the battle. ...but the war is far from over...
Conservatives! Patriots! Remember HR3962! May our voices rise even louder and our determination more resolute and our actions overwhelming!
The next battle begins tomorrow!! I'll be there, join me!
David.

Conservatives Counter Protest MoveOn in San Jose, CA
With yesterday's off year election wake-up call still ringing in their kool-aid powered obamatronic brains, Silicon Valley MoveOn drones were dealt another shock today as conservatives crashed their "vigil for healthcare" rally. Pro-healthcare destruction liberals gathered at the corner of Stevens Creek Blvd and Winchester Blvd only to look in astonishment as Tea Party Patriots converged and took command of the scene in a guerrilla style counter-protest. I was there, this is my report.
We conservative tea partier's brought our trademark upbeat attitudes and passionate love of America and its founding principles along with incisive signs, proud flags, bull horns and patriotic music. We were well received with frequent honks of support from passing cars as well as the occasional middle finger salute with predictable liberal expletives.
The action began around 4:30pm with early head counts of conservatives vs liberals about even. However, after 5pm the conservative ranks swelled as over taxed patriots left work and joined the action. Meanwhile, the liberal herd count stayed about flat. My estimate is conservatives around 35-40, marxist "useful idiots" around 25. Something is not right in the Bay Area when George Soros' pet org, MoveOn, throws a party and it gets crashed, outnumbered and out energized by a bunch of "astro-turf" conservatives.
Tea Partiers on the scene also engaged in frequent infiltration runs across the street into the midst of the MoveOn marionettes. This was met with a surprisingly timid reaction from the donkey partiers. They mostly ignored our anti-obamacare picket signs, flags and chants disrupting their corner. However, I don't think this was a conscious strategy on their part (that would be giving them too much credit for cognitive thought). It seemed they just didn't expect opposition, and once confronted didn't know how to respond (the typical liberal reaction).
Overall, the event was another inspiring conservative grass roots convocation. On very short notice the call to assemble was rung and conservatives from around the bay area dashed to the front lines in our fight against the marxist-socialist assault on our country and our constitution. Those who joined on the streets today should be commended and conservatives everywhere should be proud to know that there are patriots standing up directly in the face of those bent on the destruction of America. I'll concede that our action was a small in the grand scheme of the conservative movement. I didn't see any press covering either side. But it is small, deliberate, and principled action the builds big things. Hopefully, the anti-Obamacare rallies tomorrow and later this week will dwarf our little counter-protest. Perhaps, we'll soon be able to look back on this as the week Obamacare finally...finally flat-lined. Regardless, we will continue the fight. Restoring our country to its founding principles will be a long battle full of sacrifice. But it is a battle worth fighting, and a price worth paying.
Keep fighting patriots!
David.
Crude video below of the counter-protest. Warning: It's not that exciting.

Whitehouse Visitor List - The company you keep....
The White House has posted a partial list of visitors from Jan-July: http://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/disclosures/visitor-records
Check it out and see what names pop up:
Here's the names that jumped out at me (with my comments after):
2 visits AYERS WILLIAM
- Huff Post says the WH says this is not the same Weather Underground Ayers... [I didn't realize Ayers was such a common name
]
21 visits STERN ANDREW L
- President of Service Employees International Union (SEIU). 21 visits! Wow!
8 visits MOORE MICHAEL C
- Marxist Filmmaker of "Sicko" & "Capitalism: A love story". The White House apparently denies it's the same Moore.
7 visits TRUMKA RICHARD L
- President of AFL-CIO
6 visits JACKSON JESSE
- Laughing now that he knows he's got Obama's ear more than Sharpton.
4 visits SOROS GEORGE
- You should all know him. Billionaire puppet master pulling Obama, MoveOn and other Marxist group's strings.
2 visits SHARPTON ALFRED C
- Crying foul and demanding justice because Jackson has him beat.
1 visit SHABAZZ MALIK H
- Leader of the New Black Panther Party. Remember 2008 and the black panthers in front of the polling place with night sticks? Charges of voter intimidation. Then Obama's Atty General decided not to prosecute.
1 visit WRIGHT JEREMIAH
- Obama's "disowned" pastor. Famous for the "USA of KKK" and "God d--m America" statement. I guess they kissed and made up? The White House apparently denies it's the same Wright.
This is after about 10 minutes of searching...
nuggets. What can you find?
Is it still true that you are "known by the company you keep"? Most
America apparently doesn't subscribe to that motto....54% voted for this
guy.
Just another "Worse than Carter" moment from the president...
From MSNBC's story at the link below:
"The White House warns that many names that may appear familiar — and
controversial —do not in fact refer to the most famous people to carry
those names. Jeremiah Wright is on the list, but it's not the
president's former pastor. Michael Jordan is not the basketball player.
This Michael Moore is not a filmmaker. And William Ayers, who took a
group tour of the White House, isn't the former radical from Chicago.
The White House could have avoided some of that sort of confusion by
providing more information on the visitors, such as an employer name
and the city they hail from."
